Buntan Crab


Ingredients:
1 pc. young coconut (buko)
10 gms. iodized salt
50 ml. coconut milk
20 gms. ginger
25 gms. onion leeks
250 gms. crabs

Directions:
Clean the crab.
Add the iodized salt, young coconut, coconut milk, ginger and onion leeks.
Cook until soft.
Serve hot.
