Grilled Bulgan (Seabass)


Ingredients:
Bulgan (seabass), cleaned & split in the middle
Achara

For the marinade:
Calamansi juice
Salt
Pepper
Garlic
Tanglad (lemongrass)

Directions:
Mix the marinade mixture.
Marinate the fish for an hour.
Grill the fish until done.
Serve with achara.
