Binagoongang Baboy


Ingredients:
Pork
Bagoong alamang
Garlic
Onion
Tomatoes
Sugar
Vinegar
Fried eggplant
Sili fingers

Directions:
Sauté garlic, onion and tomatoes.
Add pork and stir fry until brown.
dd bagoong, vinegar and sugar.
Pour in water and bring to boil until tender.
