Pork Adobo
Ingredients:
½ k. pork kasim, adobo cut
½ k. chicken, sliced into serving pieces
3 tbsps. garlic crushed
1 tbsp. black pepper, ground
1 pc. bay leaf
½ cup soy sauce
3/4 cup vinegar
2 cups water
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan.
Cook over high heat until mixture comes to a boil.
Reduce heat and let simmer for 30 to 45 minutes.
Remove cover and cook for another 5 minutes to reduce and thicken sauce.
Good for 8 servings
